Venerable Fulton Sheen had great respect for Scottish theologian William Barclay who once wrote,  "There are two great days in a person’s life, the day we are born and the day we discover why.”

And St. Irenaeus said: "The glory of God is man fully alive."

Sadly, most in the world never discover their unique purpose in life. According to a study by the notable Gallop research group, only 1 in 5 people in the world are thriving on their measure of purpose.

 

ALMOST EVERYONE IS MISSING PURPOSE and THEY’RE SEARCHING FOR IT! And this is especially true for men!

It is indisputable that the war against authentic manhood is in full force. But, for most of us men, there has been one key missing in our formation as men that makes all the difference. A key that will free us from the world's lies and imposed limitations on us. A key that will not only inform us, but also equip us with the tools that will make us the great and strong leaders we dream about being  -- for God, for the women we love, the children we cherish and for our countries which we honor.

I searched for this key for many years because it was the one great missing link in all my years of formation. I didn't just need theological and philosophical knowledge (which is very important). I needed clarity on God's purpose for me, skills, confidence, and actual tools that will equip me to live out my full manhood and mission. And I wanted to positively inspire and influence other men to possess the same. I believe an INTEGRATED approach to personal development is the greatest missing element in most Christians' lives.
